Banning AI? Then your employees will just use it secretly

More and more organizations are choosing, for now, to limit or even completely ban the use of AI systems. This caution often stems from concerns about potential errors in the output (the text generated by tools like ChatGPT). Additionally, there’s the risk of data leaks when processing sensitive information, and the reputational damage that careless use of AI can cause. Especially in sectors where privacy, reliability, and brand integrity are crucial, organizations want clarity about legal frameworks and safety measures before deploying AI widely.

But let’s be honest: employees are already using it. Just like that. Right now. And that may make banning it even riskier than using it.
